Farmer’s Market (2-7pm)
Buckle Farm will be be first farm stand to open for the season. Stillman’s Farm and Pen and Pepper Farm will open late in June on the grounds.
Buckle Farm is a small organic farm located in Dighton, MA. We plant 7 acres for our 75 member CSA, farmers markets and restaurants located in Jamaica Plain and other parts of Boston. Some vegetables and fruit you can expect to see at the market are a variety spring greens, a colorful mix of heirloom tomatoes in the summer and a wide selection of fall root and storage crops. Bon Me specializes in bold, fresh, and fun Vietnamese Cuisine made fresh from scratch for you. We’re serving up rice bowls, noodle salads, and the classic Bon Me sandwich with your choice of all-natural spice rubbed chicken, tofu and shiitake mushrooms, or BBQ pork. We strive in serving up as many things as we can housemade – which include our specialty desserts and drinks!
BBQsmith
BBQsmith specializes in healthy American BBQ featuring delicious smoked meats paired with unique sauces and side dishes. BBQ and sides are served up as tacos, sandwiches, and plates. They smoke beef, pork, and chicken and even offer a veggie taco.
Music! (6-7:30pm)
Performing this Thursday will be the Old Edison band of Boston. The group will entertain with their lively tunes from 6-7:30 pm.
