As you may have read in the latest newsletter, the antiques shop is returning to the Loring-Greenough House after a hiatus of 80 years! In the month of June, we will be re-creating the old antiques shop the proceeds of which helped to retire the mortgage in the late 1920s. The shop will be open four days a week, Thursday through Sunday, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on June 3-6, June 10-13, June 17-20, and June 24-27. We are still gathering suitable antique items that members and friends wish to donate. 100% of the proceeds of donated items will be earmarked for house preservation projects. To make donations, please contact Ed Stanley at (617) 983-5220 or edwardmstanley@comcast.net. Many thanks!!
