The Re-enactment was a major success

Gardner’s Regiment and Loring Greenough House August 2010 Gardner’s Regiment was the guest of the Loring-Greenough House in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts. The event gave Gardner’s the opportunity to meet with numerous local residents and discuss our Colonial and Revolutionary War history. Revolutionary War Re-enactment Day at the LGH! Saturday August 14, 11am-4pm

A day of the 18th century in Jamaica Plain!

Experience the Revolutionary War with Gardner’s Regiment encamped on the grounds.  See and learn about 18th century life in Boston, the Battle of Bunker Hill, soldiers and their equipment and much more!  There will be a musket demonstration, drilling, a fiddler and tours of the 1760 House, an important site in the early days of the American Revolution.

This is a fun day you won’t want to miss!
