Then you can become a docent at the Loring-Greenough House.
Experienced docents from the Jamaica Plain Tuesday Club, which owns and operates the House, will train you and provide a reference guide. Docents work in teams of two on Sundays from 1 to 4 pm, and on other occasions by appointment. Your compensation is seeing the people you guide enjoy themselves by learning—and you get to enjoy time in this gracious home.
