

We hope you will join us on the beautiful Loring Greenough House Grounds for the 2022 season of exercise and wellness classes. Throughout the rest of the summer we plan to gather on the Lawn as talented instructors lead invigorating workouts and meditative routines.

Every Second Wednesday May – September! Yoga in the Garden: This monthly yoga series is suitable for All Levels and welcomes community members to gather and enjoy a gentle and restorative yoga practice outdoors.

Every Third Wednesday* May – September! Qigong, or the movement of Qi (energy/life force) through the body, is the foundation of tai chi. Using simple, standing movements, we’ll explore the body/mind connection, how breath is central to this connection, and experience stress release. *Our June class will be held on June 29th

Every Fourth Wednesday May – September! Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® is perfect for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out!
