Forte Piano Celebration
Thursday, November 14, 2013 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Help us welcome the 1790 forte piano home.
We will be honored with a discussion and short recital on the Longman and Broderip Forte Piano by Mr. Darcy Kuronen, Head and Pappalardo Curator of Musical Instruments at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
Hors D’oeuvres and conversation will follow.
Tickets start at $25 and seating is limited. This is a rare opportunity not to be missed! For more information and to purchase tickets, please email lghouseconcerts@aim.com.
The piano will also be available for viewing during this fall’s Tuesday Night Club.
All proceeds will support the preservation and maintenance of the Longman and Broderip 1790 Forte Piano. Please consider giving to the forte piano fund, at http://loring-greenough.org/membership/.
